Express Form On Page Leads to Mobile Nav Menu Being Displayed

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Been pulling my hair out trying to figure out why a mobile nav has been showing up at the top of some of my pages on desktop.

Created a new page and verified it didn't have the issue, but after adding an express form, the mobile nav menu showed up at the top. This looks awful on my enrolment page and is likely wasting ad dollars/costing me conversions.

Happy to help with more details, but I need to get this solved ASAP please!
