You can download version 1.2.8 Ortho theme in the concreteCMS if you already assigned the theme in your licenses(refer to the attached image).

However, version 1.x is for concrete5 version 7 and version 8 and will not work on version 9. Version 2.x is only for concreteCMS version 9 and will not work on version 7 and 8 and this is why the download link doesn’t appear.
