Basing from your screenshot, it seems that this error is coming from the header.php file and it looks like it is an older version of the theme.
We have released a new version that fixes this error. Please update the theme to the latest version and ensure you have version 2.0.3 installed. Let me know if this resolves your issue.

May I know what version of ConcreteCMS are you using and PHP version or your Environment information? And is your Ortho theme the latest version?
