Error on installation

Just purchased this theme, went to install it and this error came up.
An unexpected error occurred.
Interface 'Concrete\Core\File\Tracker\FileTrackableInterface' not found
I went ahead and removed it, unassigned it, reassigned it, then tried to install again and I get the same error. I've installed many themes over the years and never had this issue.

It doesn't seem like a theme related issue. Also, you are using an old version. I recommend updating to latest version of C5.
Are you saying the Pixel theme is not compatible with version 5.7.5.13???
this is the error i'm getting now when I try to activate the theme. I have no problem with other themes. I will try to upgrade to version 8, but if that doesn't work I will want my money back:

It is compatible with 5.7+, but 5.7 does not have many features like express objects which massively used in Pixel. Anyway upgrading to 5.8 was only a suggestion and it shouldn't interfere with the successful installation of the theme.
As I said before the first reported error might not have anything to do with the theme. But the new error should be caused by theme. Anyway, if after upgrading, your problem still exists you can send me your site credential and I will take a look. And you can always ask for a refund.

I am happy to let you know I updated to version 8 and was able to get the Pixel theme installed and working. Thank you for responding. Not sure why it wasn't working with 5.7.5 but it is working now with 5.8 Thanks again and you can close out this ticket.
