Is the Pixel Theme still appropriate for my website?

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi Devs,

We currently run our site on the Pixel Theme, which was chosen back in 2012 when the site was created. Since then, we have added a lot of content, we've made a lot of design changes, and made pages more content-heavy, and we are wondering whether the Pixel Them is still appropriate for our site. We have noted a few bugs on the site, which have left us wondering whether we need to choose a new theme that will better serve the new site.

In addition, it has recently come to our attention that we are using a very very out-of-date version of Concrete5 and we want to know if updating to the newest version will cause any problems with the theme or the site as a whole.
