Self hosted Google fonts

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hello.

In the light of this
https://www.concrete5.org/community/forums/themes/gdpr-dsgvo-and-goo...
could you please give some instructions about how to self host Google fonts and which files need to be modified and how?

This tool is useful also

And, as a suggestion for a future version of Pixel, maybe you can include some options related to fonts.
