Update of the existing Pixel 2 theme to the latest version 2.4.0

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi Shahroq, we are using your theme for our business page instage.co.nz already for several years. I don't remember updating it at all. Other themes (like Modena) that we have purchased for a different project have available updates to download and instructions how to manually update it via FTP.

Questions:
• How do I find which version of Pixel 2 Theme we are still running?
• Where are the updates for the purchased theme
• How do I safely update the theme?

Thank you

Hi,
The latest stable release of the theme is 2.4. You can check your own version by going to "Dashboard: Extend Concrete5" section.

If there is an update available, you can do it automatically by clicking on the "Update Add-ons" button.

Hi, thank you for replying to my query. Unfortunately the mentioned stable version 2.4 of the theme Pixel 2 is not showing under Dashboard: Extend Concrete5 - Update Themes and add-ons.

It could be the problem of a broken connection to the market place. I have now established a new connection of the website to the market place - the connection is there but the new connection doesn't show the installed theme and add-ons. The old broken connection to the market place that I can't fix does show Pixel 2 v. 2.3 and somme add-ons. I'm awaiting a response from Concrete CMS team,..

Hi, I have a question relating to the Concrete CMS version 9. Are you planning to update Pixel 2, that is one of the pricier themes on the marketplace to be compatible with Concrete CMS version 9 anytime soon? We have some other pages using other themes that have been updated a while ago? Is there a reason your theme is not being updated to the version 9 of Concrete CMS?

Thank you

Alex
