video on home page

Permalink Browser Info Environment
i have a full background video on the home page.
If I type in the full address ofhttps://www.biarritzhotel.co.uk/... the page only shows the still frame for the video.
If I then click the logo it takes me to the same address, but this time the video plays.
Any thoughts please?
