Dropdown menus IE7 disappearing

Permalink Browser Info Environment
The drop down menus disappear on mouse over in IE7, go behind the homepage slider, and possibly id div pagewrap on other pages also in IE7 - just wondering if this can be fixed as a lot of this sites website visitors may still be using IE7?

Sorry we don't support browsers as old as IE7.
