Banner Area Not Functional

Permalink Browser Info Environment
The Banner area I have seen is very glitchy with what you can and can not put in it. Any sort of multimedia images or slideshows will just just cause it to overlap with everything that you have below it. Also when I view on mobile the banner does not go all the way across the screen, it goes about halfway and just stops.
