Customization Problem

Permalink Browser Info Environment
We are having trouble figuring out the customization. There are many different sections that are listed, but there is no diagram to indicate which area of the page is labeled by what name. You have header, upper footer, lower footer, sf border, banner, main, (UI and DI -- what's that?) Middle Cont (?), and footer nav -- all with no definitions and no visual map to show where they are on the page.

Simple fix; Post a screenshot with labels added on this page:
http://demo.c5webdesign.com/red/customization/...
that identifies the areas and list on the page definitions (cta, UI, DI and other abbreviations). Thanks. We have spent way too much time to unsuccessfully figure this out.
