Adjusting the CSS

Hello,
I'd like to adjust parts of the CSS please.
I noticed that by default Bootstrap 3.4.1 is used but then you are importing common.css which is a minimal or compressed version of Bootstrap 5.2.3.
Do you have a copy of the original/not compressed version of the common.css file that I can download and adjust please?
I've tried to add custom css into the prefix page template, but the changes are being overridden by the custom.css file.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide the uncompressed version of the common.css file as it is composed of numerous SCSS files.
However, have you tried wrap your custom CSS within the following wrapper?
