My video for background video is 45 MB in size. It does not appear after uploading. Is the file too big. Does it have a size limit?

This is not a Concrete CMS or a Replica Pro issue.
The maximum allowed upload size should be configured within your server PHP settings.
You should set 'upload_max_filesize' and 'post_max_size' to your wanted limit value.
