To run the provided demo of Replica Pro v9 you have to download the concrete core from here (https://www.concretecms.org/download... )
then, by following the installations instructions mentioned in the documentation ( https://marketplace.concretecms.com/marketplace/themes/replica-pro/d... ) you should have a full version of the demo site running in a few steps, the database dump is included in the files zip, also mentioned in the documentation.
