The header settings can`t adjusted. At least I can't find the settings.

That's exactly the problem, I don't have any options for the theme with which I could set the variants (see attached screenshot).
I installed version 2.5.8. Maybe something is missing here or the installation failed (I repeated it twice, by the way).

You should click on "Replica Pro" under "Themes"

In order to change the header type:
Navigate to Dashboard > Pages & Themes > Replica Pro > Options
Select header template and click on save.
