Install the theme with sample data ?

I have just bought your REPLICA PRO theme. (5x)
I would like to install it with the sample data on myDEV environnement.
May I ask you which version of C5 I should be using ? the latest one ?
I'm using MariaDB V10, should I start with the "blank" website sample when installing the C5 CMS to have a "clean" database ?

u can use the latest version it should work!
U can start with blank or u can use our Database it is a copy of our demo site
