Can't activate Replica Theme

Hi
Have downloaded Replica. It appears as my installed Theme and is the only one listed in the "Add functionality" screen from the dashboard. There is no other theme option listed, but when I go to the website to edit, the default Elemental theme from installing C5 still seems to be installed and active. I can't see how to change this - have flushed cache in dashboard and in Siteground but no change?

It's supposed to be installed and activated automatically. Can you give us the link and a temporary admin access via PM, so we can investigate the issue?

I've sorted it thanks, but having a problem removing the index.php from the URL. If I tick the box it gives me the following message.
It was not possible to detect your server kind. Here's the configuration sections for every supported server: please manually remove the one relevant for you from your server configuration.

try_files $uri $uri/ /index.php?$query_string;
}
but saying remove from server configuration does tell me where to remove it from? Which folder, which file? My website is hosted in Siteground if that helps?

I may have sorted it but the name never changed from Elemental to Replica? Is it supposed to?
