Hi,

Thanks for purchasing our theme.

Yes this theme has subnavigation similar to what you see on the demo site. Do you have a site URL i can look at to further diagnose your issue?

Sometimes you need to select the block and enable subnav since it is disabled by C5 by default.

Please let me know how it goes so I can help immediately.

Thanks and regards,
James

Hi,

I think I know what the problem is. Click on the navigation and select "Design and custom templates", under custom templates select "None" and save and publish. The "Responsive header nav" is from the elemental theme which overwrote my default nav.

You could also install the responsive theme with its own sample content. I would highly recommend this to help end-users get their site up and running fast.

Hope this helps. Let me know immediately how it goes. If their are more issues let me know.

Thanks,
James

Thank you very much. Your feedback means a lot to me.

I hope everything goes well on your end. Just let me know if you need help with anything else and I'll help you as quickly as I can.

One more thing, If you want to add a scroll slide in effect to the pagelist blocks just click the block and click design and custom template and under the classes select scrolleffect. save publish and reload. I havent added this to the documentation yet.

Anyway, Thanks again and regards,
James

This was a site that I have not been back to work on until today. The sub menu worked at the first level but there is a second level that is not showing up. Any ideas?

Hi,

Is this the same site?http://s583863923.onlinehome.us/cms/index.php...

The second level works fine on my copy. Might be easier for me to diagnose the issue with temporary access to your site. If you wont mind.

Regards,
James

Hi,

I think I fixed it. Can you check. On the block settings it was set to only display the first level. I apologise for taking some time to reply. I hope everything is well on your end

Kind regards
James
