download zipped file.
upload to server into root/packages/.
extract zipped file.
go to 'Extend Concrete5' page in your C5 site.
'Royal Simplicity Theme' should appear under 'packages ready to install'.
Click install.
You might need to add page type: 'full.php'.
Go to 'Themes' page and activate theme.

You're done! Now add the content into your pages and you're ready to go :)
