I just launched a new ecommerce website (www.TheAlpacaGirl.com) this morning and the search function is not working correctly. Each product in my client's inventory (from scarves to finger puppets) have sets of specific attributes associated with it - some common amongst certain categories. A 'scarf' product may have other attributes - color and type being important attributes. (for example, the color 'black' and type 'fur') It appears that all of the product attributes - which I painstakingly input for the client - are NOT showing up in the search results at all. If the search term is found within the URL - search results provide products/results, but if I type in simply, 'black' I receive zero results. Clearly, there are MANY products that are black in color - a search feature valuable to my client's visitors. PLEASE HELP - how can I index ALL of the product attributes?!
