Silence theme - Drop down NAV not showing on iPad or mobile

I'm back playing around with this sitehttp://www.magical-wedding.co.uk
Searched the forums but can't find a way so my drop down NAV menu shows up the subs menus on ipad and mobile phone, works ok on desk top.
Have a missed something?

the actual problem is that in ipad mode or in smaller screen resolutions the menu does not transform to mobile one
