Site search returns page not found

Permalink Browser Info Environment
My websitehttp://www.roboticsghana.com, the search was working until update yesterday. Now I noticed that the search function returns a page not found error.

Does anybody know what could be the problem?

Problem solved... looks like for some reason I lost my search page.
I just created a new page and added a search block.
