Trouble getting the Superfish Nav to work

Hi, I'm having a lot of trouble getting the Superfish animated nav to work on the silence theme. I've been in touch with the theme developer and he said that my problem is coming from "the error console" and sent the attached image. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to correct this problem?

I found quite a few unrelated threads to this and not being able to add blocks to their sites. How does this tool affect the top nav not displaying as it does in the demo?
Your problem is come from that concrete can't load the index.php/tools/required/add_block_popup.php?cID=1&btID=9&arHandle=Main file. it return a 404 error (attachment).
So it happend with all block, not only auto-nav and not only with Silence !
