3 columns instead of 4 in the footer. Weird behaviour of Breadcrumb Nav.

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi,

I've also sent this to support but just wanted to push it out to the public forum as well to see if I can get any help. Need to release my current development on New Year's day. I'm currently staging and have a couple of issues that I'm hoping someone might be able to help me with.

For some reason on the global footer I'm only getting 3 columns instead of 4. I've put some images in there as a place holder. When I'm logged in and editing the page, the four images show. As soon as I log out they disappear and become three. You can check it out athttp://www.guiltypleasuredoco.com/c5site2/...... It's almost like it is losing one of them somehow. When I look at the debug in Chrome the missing column is showing as empty (i.e. no image code).

Also the small breadcrumb NAV line next to the page name (under the main menu) builds funny once it gets below the second level. It looks like there is a spaces and arrows missing or something. I can understand a little bit of code but this is a beyond me. You can see the effects of this athttp://www.guiltypleasuredoco.com/c5site2/about/press/donny-pauling... The little NAV line next to the page name has built as HOME > ABOUTPRESSDONNY PAULING where as I would expect it to be HOME > ABOUT > PRESS > DONNY PAULING

Has anyone else seen these issues and found a solution to them? I've had a good look around the forums and have not been able to find anything. I've had a little fiddle but have not been able to resolve it as yet. I'm only a basic coder. This is my second ever site in Concrete5 and I'm loving it and this theme :-).

Thanks in advance.

OK. Found the breadcrumb issue. It's actually a bug in Concrete5 5.6.0.2.

Here's the fix and it works :-)

Still working on the footer issue.

And now I've solved the footer issue too. It seems that it's weird handling of the approval via Concrete5. I have to go and approve the stacks in the dashboard to get them to appear. But not all of them. Only column 2!!!!!

Here's the info I found.

I should've had a better look around before I posted this but thought it was only for this theme. Seems like some little bugs in 5.6.0.2.

I hope that this info is helpful to someone else using the Slate theme too.

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. I was on vacation over the holidays.

Glad you got this sorted out! Let me know if you need anything else.
