AutonavBlockController::getNavItems() error
Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi, any thoughts on the following error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method AutonavBlockController::getNavItems() in /server/www/websiteurl.demo/packages/theme_slate/blocks/autonav/templates/slate_main_nav.php on line 3
The error appears at the bottom of preview box (in the footer).
Preview boxes of other non-active themes are loading without error (e.g. "Greek Yogurt").
(also, would've used the support forum but could not gain access because purchase was made through my hosting/dev company and they don't connect the sites to the community for security purposes).

I think it's because in the latest version of Slate, the autonav template is based on the newest version of concrete5's (5.6.0) autonav template and they changed things with the autonav in 5.6. I'm guessing you're not running concrete5.6.0 or higher?
Thanks for responding so quickly! It looks like we're running 5.5.2
I'll upgrade to 5.6. and see if that does the trick.
Will report back shortly.

You're welcome!
Looks like you were right! I updated C5 and the error is no more :)
question: Is there a way to gain access to support forums without having my site linked to c5 marketplace? Or is it ok to continue using this forum for support-related questions?
Thanks once again for the assistance -

Great!
The only way to get access to the Support forum is to have the license of the theme/addon associated with your account. If that's not possible feel free to just use this regular Forum area.
