Center Navigation - tried other solution to no avail - yet

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi,

I am trying to get the navigation to center on the page. I've tried implementing the solution athttp://www.zigpress.com/2013/01/19/how-to-centre-a-superfish-dropdo... by putting the suggested additions into the minimal.css and main.css under slate (not at the same time) but am not having much luck. I seem to be able to get it to move - but it tends to move off screen left.

Any help?

Try adding this to the "Add your CSS" box in the theme's customization panel in the dashboard:

nav { text-alight:center; }
.sf-menu {
    display: inline-flex;
    float: none;
}
.sf-menu li { text-align:left; }

Make sure you clear your site cache after.

Note: I haven't tested this in all browsers so not sure if all will be supported or not.
