Dropdown not working on my mobile

Hi,
It is a very banal question but,
I'm trying to use dropdown menu but I can't get to the submenus...it changes at first touch on the top menu on my android 4.0.4 powered galaxy.
As I thought it could be just my mobile issue, tried with another candidate theme (Heywater) which worked well.
I like the Slate features over the candidate except this.
Any thoughts?

Yeah, another user just brought this to my attention. Since I only have an iPhone/iPad I wasn't able to test on android (it works ok on iOS). I've added this to my to-do list for next version

Unfortunately I haven't had time to look into this - it's been a crazy/rough summer (I just had surgery). I am planning to redo how the menu works on mobile, which would make this a non issue.

I think version 1.5.3 should have fixed that.
