Page defaults not being applied to right sidebar type

I don't know what I've done but, in the Page Types screen, the Right Sidebar page type no longer shows "Slate Theme" in the Package column. It simply says "None".
Thus when I make a change to the Page defaults, it does not get picked up on pages with the Right Sidebar design (which is 99% of my site!)
Any ideas how I might fix this?
