Reposition Slate menu

Hi, I am trying to position the site logo in the same line as the navigation menu. I would like to drop the logo just to the left of the home button, but I have not figured out how to adjust the parameters of the menu.

Suggestions?

I have repositioned the menu, but now my site logo is only transparent and in the correct position on the home page. Can't really figure out what I did?

Any help would be appreciated.
