Unclickable Nav Menus

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi, I'm sure this is a dumb question... Is there a way to make the top nav unclickable but still keep the drop-down list? It works in edit mode/when I'm logged in, but after I sign out and view it as the public would, there are no more drop-down menus when hovering over. I've already done the external link to # and all, and again it works when I'm signed in, but not when I'm viewing it normally.
Thanks!

I'm not sure how you would go about doing that. You could try this solution instead:http://www.concrete5.org/community/forums/customizing_c5/auto-nav-p...

Try searching the forums and see if anyone else has found a way to do that.
