Error on Install of the theme

Permalink Browser Info Environment
When installing the theme in the Dashboard, I'm getting the following error message:

An exception occurred while executing 'INSERT INTO SupermintOptionsPreset (name,active) VALUES (?,?)' with params ["Business", 0]: SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'concrete5_7cnkjchijm.SupermintOptionsPreset' doesn't exist

Any idea why that might be happening?

Scratch this. Looks like the FTP failed part of the way through and some of the files in sub-folders never got uploaded.
