making a reference

hi, if i add an reference, i can give a company name, company website and everything, but its not showing up. can i edit the predefined blocks? or is there someting broken?
and, i would like to have a "quote block", with this quotes: "
if i add backgrounds to existing blocks, your templates get broken. where are "topic-" icons se? can i add that somewhere? or do i hace to add all those things in the custom css field?

They are thre question here.
What is a Reference? It's a Feature block ?
They are no quote block for now. I will add one on next update.

I see it's called testimonial in English, when I inspect the add button, is at the social part of adding blocks. it's also the button with the " on it, but doesn't have it in the design...

They are no testimonial custom template with a quote (") inside. I will add one.
I will add a way to add your own topics png files. Not set for now.
