Theme to Justhost

My domain is at Justhost and I have installed the Concrete5 there already but it comes with a default website. I'd like to use this theme to build my website but don't know how to move it to Justhost. I also ask the Justhost support and they don't know. Any idea on how to do this?
Ps: I'm not a webdesigner
