Losing content from homepage

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi there
http://dgkltd.co.uk
I keep losing the content from my home page, including the nav bar most times, whenever I try to edit the page.
I get an exception error as well, then a " you are not authorised " etc etc.
I've tried deleting blocks but the programme wont allow it.
The client isn't happy !
Help please.
Terry

Hello
My problem has now got worse.
I cannot log in, the navbar has changed completely and none of the 42 pages are now working.
Any ideas.
BTW this is nothing that I have done.
