Sorry to inform you but it is illegal to take someone else's free themes and sell them in this marketplace. I have reported you to Concrete5. In the Future, If you find a free theme on the internet you cannot turn around and sell it here.

There is something called "Intellectual Property" which means that if someone came up with a design, color scheme etc... and you take that design and alter it only a little - it still belongs to the original creator of the design. So - using just the "core files" doesn't mean anything - the design is not yours.
However, much to my amazement, it turns out that as long as you keep the link back to the original designer/website in the footer of theme then you can do whatever you want with the design, no matter how immoral or underhanded, even sell it on Concrete5.
That being said - it would be the right thing for you to indicate on the Theme's Page where the theme came from so people know you are charging for something that they could technically get for free.

I have altered the controller file thats it.
Have you checked that this is not your design.
Please have a look to the theme then please write me back.
