Add them to the management team section of the project page when you're
logged in as the project page owner.

Login to your site, go to the dashboard
Find 'extend your site' (bottem left) and then connect to the community
After logging in it should now show your site on your project page on concrete5.org

That's the problem I can't connect to the community.

I think it's because the site is associated with another user.

I now edit this site but I can't add it to my account.

Also noticed on my project page that some of the sites that no longer exist still show. How do I remove these?

project page on concrete5.org
click on a project (left)
now you'll view the project page
on the menu on the right choose 'edit project'
here you can delete, but be warned, can't be undone (licences!)

Cheers, any ideas about assigning the site to my account?

Contact the user that connected the site to concrete5 and let him transfer the site, or add you to the management team.

Yeah, thought it might be that. Don't know where they've gone so it looks like rebuilding the site.

OMG! In the same boat. Why in the world don't they have some automated method of verifying that a person obviously has full access to a site (like Google does)? Complete silliness.
