How to Modify Student and Register Forms

Does any one know how to modify the forms used for registration? I want to change "Surname" to "Last name", remove the "National ID" field and change the Payment Type selections.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For frontend modify file blocks/crinte_categories/view.php
For backend I don't suggest modifications.

I'm sorry, for backend also modify single_pages/dashboard/cCourses/students.php line 174 to add/modify payment types
