This plug-in is not compatible with Concrete 9 and current Snipcart ecommerce platform
Permalink Browser Info Environment
I am getting many errors in multiple areas and when adding a block with snipcard then that page can no longer be accessed. It is quite dramatic how badly this works. I have deactivated the installation in order for the website to work normally again. I am quite dissapointed about how badly this plug-in is working and causing so many issues on Concrete 9.2 while stating it is compatible.
If not resolved immediately I will ask for a refund.

Is there a timeline for this? We have a site that needs to go live for Elles and I want to get this off my plate.
What do you need from me to make this work? Do I need to reinstall it?
Do you need access to a user account?
Looking forward to your assistance and direction.

I've already fixed the issues, I'm just testing it fully now.
So I'll look to have an update in the marketplace later today.
It should just be a case of upgrading the version when it becomes available, unlikely you'll need to reinstall it.
No need for me to access anything on your end.

Could I ask you to upgrade to version 2.2.1 and try that again?
I believe I've resolved all the PHP8 related issues I could find, and have put through test transactions correctly, but let me know if you hit anything else.
I also note that you left a review of the add-on. I'm hoping you can reconsider that 1-star rating, as it didn't give me the chance to respond to the support request here. (the marketplace also appears to not have served you the latest version of the add-on when it should have)

I am very impressed and will of course update my review. You are the fastest to respond on the concrete market place.
Test was successful and i have run through these steps:
- assign license to website
- downloaded through extend concrete
- installed
- added product to page
- changed to Euroe
- finished test purchase
- prior configs still worked and fully checked now
Many thanks and have a nice long weekend!

That's some very kind feedback, much appreciated!
sorry you've experienced this.
The add-in is V9 compatible, I did do the tasks to upgrade it - what I believe you're hitting are some PHP8 issues I hadn't picked up.
The reason being is that I would have upgraded this add-on for V9 before PHP8 was commonly used. (I also haven't had many sales of it recently, so the oversight hasn't been brought to my attention). That's not making an excuse for it, just saying that it's something I should be able to resolve fairly quickly.
I'll look to push up a fix for the PHP8 issues today.
