Not able to Install ANY blocks after removing formidable

Hi there,
This is Somewhat URGENT now. I had some trouble removing the formidable box from my dashboard and Cpanel after receiving a refund a few months ago. (even though the dashboard links did not work any longer and returned a "page not found" message). I couldn't figure out why, but anyway, I finally decided to remove it manually from Cpanel which seems to have worked there EXCEPT formidable remains on my dashboard in C5 AND now I am not able to add ANY blocks to ANY page.... I get this message:
"Warning: require_once(/home/XXXXX/public_html/packages/formidable/blocks/formidable/controller.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/XXXXX/public_html/concrete/core/libraries/loader.php on line 217
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/XXXXX/public_html/packages/formidable/blocks/formidable/controller.php' (include_path='/home/XXXXX/public_html/libraries/3rdparty:/home/XXXXX/public_html/concrete/libraries/3rdparty:.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/XXXXX/public_html/concrete/core/libraries/loader.php on line 217"
All this seems to be initiated from something formidable had going on when it installed???.... please help or direct...... thanks so much.

Been looking all through Cpanel and phpAdmin, not finding anything with "formidable". I only used the form builder for one test pag-which didn't function due to conflict with my theme, but I can not even delete several "trashed pages" due to another database issue with the "Discussion" add-on or something hay-wire in my connectivity to the databases?

But anyway, back to formidable, Is it possible that something happened at the un-licensing part of the refund process? because formidable remains on my functionality list and also on the dashboard, (i was able to remove it from dashboard only by sending it to the trash, but it is "un-deletable" with this same error message as the situation linked above -

yes, i ended up starting my site from scratch again. but I was not able to get myself removed from this forum. thanks for checking back.

Check if there is any Globalarea or Stack that still has the Formidable Block configured. Also check if the block still is in the block types. If it's there uninstall.
Then clear the cache of the site
If that doesn't work you need to check the database for btFormidable and all other Formidable tables.
