Missing Images in Tile Gallery

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I upgraded to 1.51 and I'm seeing an issue with the tile gallery. You can see the page with the problems athttp://mountaincomfortfrisco.com/gallery/dining/.... For some reason some of the thumbnail images are not appearing. There is no <img> tag for the images that are missing the thumb image. What is more strange is that some of the other galleries don't have this issue (i.e.http://mountaincomfortfrisco.com/gallery/living/).... The missing image does have the popup image come up so the image exists. There just seems to be some kind of coding issue where the <img> tag isn't being generated for some of the images in the file set. Could you please look into this and let me know what we need to do to fix it?

Hello! One thing to try first is to clear your cache, have you done that yet? I notice it seems to happen on images that have watermarks and also those that don't, but the thumbnails are automatically generated by C5 and stored in the cache. Sometimes only way to fix the problem is to clear it out manually.

If you have cleared cache, maybe try to re-add watermarks to all your images to see if that will "refresh" it.

I think the only reason the src="" is empty is because concrete5 has no cached URL for that image.

Let's see if this works!

I had thought of and tried cleaning the cache previously but it didn't fix anything. I'll try doing the watermark.

How do I go about re-applying the watermark to an image that already has a watermark?

Apparently I am not receiving all my emails from concrete5..! I didn't see your reply until I got another support ticket :(

I still see that you are having a problem with it... if you would create a login for me (PM it to me!) And I will see what I can do for you. So very sorry it took so long!!
