Thanks for the reply, and totally agree. Really needed this to be responsive! Think its time a review was posted on this one as everyone I have contacted who has used it have not had favourable responses and asked for their money back.

@abra100pro: As i we provided you the solution immediately after your ticket. The last answer on 13 Oct, have not answered by you.
And FYI: many of the jQuery plugins may not work perfectly on different theme and need some customization to fix. This is not an exception. Our team tried to help you fix the issue. We suggested to add mentioned code to ur page and report the result. And, if we could not fix that, you always have every right to ask for a refund, So there is no need to organize a revolution against the add-on:)

As i see the last answer from our side was at 13 Oct. About the help it's a js code, you should copy/paste it at your page that using parallax effect. And u can always ask us to check that for u with providing your site credentials.

seems to be ok on desktop small browserwindow but lacks content (background images) in iPhone.

Luv your work, this site looks great on a desktop, such a shame it distorts and doesn't scroll on anything smaller! I was using a Padfone in its tablet state down to its mobile and cannot get it to scroll nicely.
Think that it is about time this add-one was fixed or removed!

I have the same issues that abra100pro is having - and also have company policy to not open up the access to this site as it is live!
As I 'design' in Concrete5, I only have a small knowledge of development. Your suggestions via the link is NOT helpful at all. Even if this was actioned, there is no clear documentation on where or how to place the code.
Surely this add-on should work or you should be providing enough information as to how to fix the issues on smaller devices - NOT REQUESTING ACCESS TO THE SITES

Very disappointed in this! The only way I have managed to get this to work is add this block above and below a content block - which distorts terribly on smaller devices.

It seems the add-on has not working well on touch devices. We are planning to refactor the code for upcoming versions. For now we can suggest you refund.

Have you fixed this? I've just purchased and it doesn't work on my Iphone.

We never managed to get this working.... uninstalled it. not worth its money
