Advanced Content conflicts with page css

I can't seem to use this block without it messing up the footer and header on the page. I'm only trying to add it to the main content area so I'm not sure why it's affecting the globals. I would love to get this thing to work if possible but I feel like I waisted my money to be honest.

Hallo,

i buy it to, but there is no docu available. I hab installed and the block ist in system but i can not find in the editor how it works. There is no (Bracket)button, like in Wordpress.
