Event not showing up in Agenda View

I added and Agenda View to my homepage, but when I sign out it isn't there. While I'm signed in, the event shows up.
I've tried to use the Event is Featured attribute to possibly toggle it to show, but it doesn't work.

I will add that it worked fine until I cleared my cache in the sitewide settings to fix a google map issue.
Wibiya toolbar was the culprit. It interfered with my edit bar once before, so I used a php fix to hide it from the browser when in edit mode.
Apparently it interfered with the calendar package too. I noticed the AddThis is no longer supporting the full length sharing bar either.
