jQuery datepicker not working

Hi,
Under OSX (any browser) and potentially other OS as well the datepicker don't function. It pops up but when you select a date the field doesn't get updated. Also, if you click on the year dropdown it gets reset to 1900.
Any idea why this might be happening?
