I think you have the 'anchor' settings on your custom marker set to the wrong values, that explains why they appear to move position when you zoom in and out.
Looking at the code output, it looks like your icon size is 32x32, but you have the anchor set to 32,64, which would place it away from the marker.
You could try changing the anchor points to 16, 32.
When you are customising your marker in the dashboard, you can try dragging the example marker on the small map to the right. When you do that, a small X should appear underneath the marker. You'll want that X to be positioned right under the bottom of the point of your red marker.
