I bought bonappetit but it's not showing up in my licenses list

Hi there,
I just bought the bonappetit theme via paypal and I got emails in my inbox indicating that the payment was successful and the usual email from franz@concrete5.org thanking me for my order. However, the order is not showing up in my profile at:
http://www.concrete5.org/profile/orders/...
Where everything else I've ever bought in the concrete5 marketplace shows up. I'm under the gun to get this website up and running so if someone could look into it I would be hugely appreciative.

yeah - I'm connected. I have nine different projects associated with my account, username: heathersh. When I login I see them all there under Projects. I've purchased and associated numerous other themes in the past. Is it possible this theme is not associated with the correct account?

Btw - attached is a screen shot of the projects I see when I log in.
It looks like you have two accounts-- heathersh and heatherms. I think you were logged in as heatherms when you purchased the theme...that's what our records show.
I can get it associated with the heathersh account if you like.
Edit: when I said there were no projects associated with your profile, I was looking at the "ms" account. I looked up the screen name from the transaction ID you sent along in your refund req.

Sorry about that. I must have at some point created that other account and then for whatever reason typed it in when I bought this theme. PLEASE do associate it with the heathersh account - that would be great.

Is the site you're working on connected to the community? I don't see any projects associated with your profile:
http://www.concrete5.org/profile/projects/...
If the site hasn't yet been connected, check out this screencast that explains how:

It's also possible that the site is connected with a different concrete5 account. If that's the case we can get your screen name added to the project's management team-- then you'll be able to use the the theme you've purchased.
