Simple logo block disappeared

I setup the logo for my site using the simple logo block, but after a late night, I found that my site no longer has the title at the top. There is no simple logo block in the public_html/concrete/blocks directory. Somehow it appears that I deleted this block. If I go to Stacks, Site Name is there, but when I try to add a block, there is no longer a simple logo block.

I extracted the latest version of Concrete5, but cannot find the simple logo block. I imagine this is a core Concrete5 issue, but if you have a suggestion, please let me know.

I don't know what the simple logo block is, but all you have to do is add your logo image to the content block in the Site Name stack. Just clear out whatever is in there already and add your image. See "Adding your own logo" in the docs:
