You can change the text by going to your site's Dashboard > Settings> Site Name and change the name of your website. If you don't want anything to appear here you could use the html code for a space instead of text and your site name will disappear.

You could alternatively try adding a global stack that contained text or an image as your logo. there's plenty of documentation for this in the forums.

You can delete it by opening the header.php and deleting the code that makes the call for the site name.

can we change the footer of the page? please need help for that all setting, coz i wana change the sign in url from the footer, thx allot

You edit the footer by going the this theme's folder location and editing the footer.php file. It should roughly be located at:
your site's ROOT/PACKAGES/CANNONF700_ZENLIKE/THEMES/ZENLIKE/ELEMENTS/FOOTER.PHP
